Please Note About Treats

• Because our treats are 100% natural and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns of opened products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Faulty Products

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping).

If You Change Your Mind (Unopened Items Only)

• Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Please email us at info@alphadogsupplies.co.uk with your order number.

• We’ll guide you through the return process.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear.
