Shipping Policy

Ensuring that your orders reach you in good condition and in good time is of the utmost importance to us here at Alpha Dog Supplies. Whilst we take responsibility for the goods arriving we do not have control of deliveries once they have left our premises, therefore it is important to read our delivery information carefully.

We dispatch parcels Monday – Friday and all orders are currently fulfilled using the Royal Mail Tracked 48-Hour service. If they attempt a delivery and nobody is home, they may try a neighbour's or take the parcel to the nearest collection point.

After you have placed an order, you will receive an email to state your order is complete (please also check your junk mail for this).

You will then receive a further email from the chosen courier company to state that your order has been dispatched as well as SMS messages to let you know when your parcel is on its way.

Any incorrect shipping details may delay the process of your order and should an order be dispatched with an incorrect address you may be liable for the additional shipping charges for the address correction.
